Agenda
‘유치원’이라는 공간은, 아이들에게 ‘집’이라는 공간 다음으로 접하게 되는 중요한 공간이다. 유치원은 아이들이 구성하는 또 하나의 세계라는 점에서, 아이들에게는 우주와도 같다고 생각했다. 벽이 단순히 수직으로 올라가지 않고 2층의 외벽이 3층에서는 천장이 되는 등, 아이들로 하여금 다양한 공간감을 느끼고 상상력을 키울 수 있는 공간을 담아내고자 하였다. 단면의 경우, 비틀어지는 벽을 느낄 수 있게 하고 3층에서의 공간 확보를 위해 육각형으로 설정하였다.
‘Kindergarten’ is an important space that children encounter after ‘home’. I thought kindergarten was a universe for children in that it was another world composed of children. The walls do not simply go up vertically, and the exterior wall on the second floor becomes a ceiling on the third floor, so it was intended to capture a space where children can feel a variety of space and develop their imagination. For the cross-section, it was set as a hexagonal shape to make it possible to feel the twisting wall and secure space on the third floor.
Site
대지는 폭 35m의 도로에 접하고 있고, 도로 건너편에는 주거단지가 위치하고 있다. 이를 고려하여, 자동차와 보행자의 진입로를 대로변에 위치하도록 하였다. 대지의 경사가 1.5m 정도 된다는 점을 고려하여, 중간 레벨에서 메인 진입이 이루어지고 경사를 따라 유치원의 야외놀이마당으로 이어지는 동선을 구성하였다. 남향 빛이 들어오는 곳에 야외놀이마당을 배치하였고, 상대적으로 그늘진 북쪽에 주차공간을 마련하였다.
The site faces a 35-meter-wide road, and a residential complex is located across the road. Taking this into account, the access roads for cars and pedestrians are located on the street side. Considering that the site has a slope of about 1.5 meters, the main entrance is located at the mid-level, and the pathway leading to the outdoor playground of the kindergarten is organized along the slope. The outdoor playground is located in the south-facing light, and the parking lot is located in the north, which is relatively shaded.
Design
Program
교실을 수직으로 배치하고, 각 층에 프로그램별로 공간을 배치하였다. 동선은 중앙의 코어를 통해 각 공간으로 이어질 수 있도록 구성하였다. 브릿지와 같은 요소를 통해 매스의 흐름을 내부에서 느낄 수 있다.
Classrooms were stacked vertically, and spaces were arranged for each program on each floor. The movement line was constructed so that it could extend to each space through the middle core. Through elements such as bridges, the flow of mass can be felt inside.
