높은 건물들과 첨단문물이 가득하고, 사람들이 아침 저녁 출퇴근하며 바삐 움직이느라 바쁜 도심 한가운데에 위치한 오피스단지. 이 곳에 세워질 오피스는 다른 건물들과는 달리 자연과의 조화를 이루면서 어색하지 않은 하나의 상징물로 자리잡길 바랐다. 이와 동시에 주변을 둘러볼 시간 없이 바쁜 사람들이 잠시라도 눈을 돌리며 자연과 함께 휴식을 가지길 바란다.
It is an office complex located in the middle of the city, full of tall buildings and high-tech culture, and people are busy commuting in the morning and evening. Unlike other buildings, the office to be built here hoped to become a symbol that is not awkward while harmonizing with nature. At the same time, I hope that people who are busy without time to look around will turn their eyes for a moment and take a rest with nature.
Concept
오피스 내에서 야외공간을 나가려면 1층이나 옥상으로 나가야 하는 다른 건물들과 다르게, 거의 모든 층에서 야외정원공간을 경험할 수 있게끔 하였다.
Unlike other buildings that have to go out to the first floor or rooftop to go out of an outdoor space in an office, it is possible to experience an outdoor garden space on almost all floors.

Design
플랜테리어 회사를 목표로 하였고, 나아가고자 한 건물의 취지에 맞게 보 또한 평범한 보가 아닌, 나뭇가지가 주 축이 되는 입면의 두 큰 기둥에서부터 중심코어로 뻗어나가는 형태로 디자인했다.
In accordance with the purpose of the building that he aimed for a planterior company and wanted to move on, the beam was also designed to extend from the two large columns of the elevation, where branches are the main axis, to the center core, rather than ordinary beams
한 면에 주 축이 되는 기둥 2개씩, 총 8개의 기둥이 나무의 기둥을 상징하며 나뭇가지가 뻗어나가는 입면이 특징이다. 건물 내의 기둥은 따로 없으며, 건물의 입면 자체가 구조가 되는 형태이다.
A total of eight columns, two of which are the main columns on one side, symbolize the pillars of the tree, and are characterized by the elevation of branches extending out. There is no separate columns in the building, and the elevation of the building itself is a structure.
Program
지하2층부터 4층까지는 블럭내 오피스 건물들이 다함께 공유하는 주차장이 자리잡고 있으며, 이후 적층되는 공간의 구성은 3개의 오픈 스페이스와 1개의 조용한 스페이스가 모듈로써 반복되고 있다. 저층부에는 구내식당 및 공유 공간을 조성하고, 중층부에는 총 2개의 모듈로 6개 층에 공유 오피스를 조성한다. 상층부는 Research Area를 조성하며 건물 내 근로자들이 이용할 수 있는 공간을 마련하였다.
From the 2nd to 4th basement floors, there is a parking lot shared by office buildings in the block, and three open spaces and one quiet space are repeated as modules in the composition of the space to be stacked afterwards. A cafeteria and a shared space are created on the lower floor, and a shared office is created on 6 floors with a total of 2 modules on the middle floor. The upper floor created a research area and provided a space for workers in the building.
