테헤란로는 가장 도시적인 거리이다. 이 삭막한 도시에서 가장 도시적이어야 할 것만 같은 건물에 자연의 요소를 도입하고 싶었다. 도시와 자연. 오피스와 산책. 업무시간의 대부분을 앉아 있어야 하는 오피스 보다는 업무공간의 곳곳에 산책로가 공존하는 오피스를 만들고자 했다. 산책과 함께 하는 오피스가 운동이 부족한 직장인들에게 건강한 업무 환경, 능률 향상 등의 효과를 가져다 줄 것을 기대해본다.
Teheran is the most urban-like street. I wanted to introduce elements of nature to buildings that seemed to be the most urban in this desolate city. City and nature. Office and a walk. Rather than an office where you have to sit for most of your working hours, I wanted to create an office where trails coexist throughout the work space. I expect the office with a walk way will bring effects such as healthy working environment and work efficiency improvements to workers who lack exercise.
Concept
Office + Walk
오피스 외벽을 따라 외부 산책로를 두르고자 했다. 이를 통해 대부분의 시간을 앉아서 보내는 사람들에게 중간중간 잠깐의 산책이라도 할 수 있는 공간을 마련하고자 했다.
The outside walkway surrounds along the exterior wall of the office. It was intended to provide a space for people who spend most of their time sitting down to take a short walk in between.
