오피스 단지로 이루어진 곳인 판교의 중심지에서 다양한 건축물들 속으로 잘 녹아들 수 있으면서도, 가장 눈에 띌 수 있는 매력적인 건축물을 만들고자 하였다. 반경 주거자들에게는 너무 독특하지 않은 편안함을 제공함과 동시에 일반적인 오피스의 건물처럼 지루하지 않은 외관을 곡선으로 표현했다.
구조설계에 맞추어 디테일을 강조하고, 각각의 강점을 줄 수 있는 디자인을 고려하여 설계하고자 하였다. 디테일을 보다 선명하게 확인할 수 있도록 렌더링을 통해 보다 시각적으로 표현하고자 하였다.
In the center of Pangyo, an office complex, it was intended to create an attractive building that could melt well into various structures and be most visible. It provides a comfort that is not too unique to the radial residents, while at the same time, it curves the exterior that is not boring like a typical office building.
It was intended to emphasize the details according to the structural design and to design in consideration of a design that can give each strength. It was intended to express more visually through rendering so that the details could be checked more clearly.
Site
대지는 판교의 테크노 밸리와 인접한 장소로 북측으로는 녹지와 하천이 흐르고, 동측과 서측으로 테크노 밸리와 연결된 대로가 존재한다. 남동측으로는 판교역과 이어지는 횡단보도가 존재한다. 블록 중심부에 sunken garden이 있는 형태이며, 인접 블록으로는 아파트 단지와 상업 단지 블록이 있다.
The site is adjacent to Pangyo’s Techno Valley, where green areas and rivers flow to the north, and there is a boulevard connected to Techno Valley to the east and west. To the southeast, there is a crosswalk that connects with Pangyo Station. It is in the form of a sunken garden in the center of the block, and adjacent blocks include an apartment complex and a commercial complex block.
Design
인접한 아파트 단지에서 건물을 바라보았을 때 눈에 과하게 띄는 건물이 되지 않으면서도, 주위 다른 건물들에 비해 특색이 있는 외관을 만들어내고자 하였다. 이에 아파트 단지에서 해당 건물을 바라보는 입면에 사선으로 매스를, 곡면으로 파사드를 주었고, 이 면을 블록 중심부의 sunken garden을 향한 파사드에도 적용하면서 전체적인 통일감 및 조형감을 주고자 하였다.
Program
저층부에는 가든과 카페, 팝업공간 등 Public Space로 활용할 수 있는 공간들을 마련하였다. 또한 오피스 빌딩 내에서 근무하는 이들을 위한 복지공간도 함께 마련되어있다. 이러한 Public Space들은 4층까지 존재하며, 5층부터는 오피스 공간을 구성하여 실질적인 근무 공간을 마련하였다. 9층과 10층에는 두 층을 잇는 큰 Conference Hall 이 메인 공간으로 자리잡고 있으며, 외부 정원을 구상하여 사람들이 자유롭게 사용할 수 있는 공간을 만들고자 하였다.
On the lower floor, spaces that can be used as public spaces such as gardens, cafes, and pop-up spaces have been prepared. In addition, there is a welfare space for those working in office buildings. These public spaces exist up to the fourth floor, and from the fifth floor, an office space was formed to provide a practical work space. On the 9th and 10th floors, a large Conference Hall connecting the two floors is located as the main space, and an external garden was designed to create a space that people can use freely.
