Agenda
소수건축의 필로미빌딩을 재조형화한 작품이다. 필로미빌딩은 아치 구조와 필로티 구조가 조화롭게 이루어진 것이 특징이다. 다양한 모양과 크기의 아치 구조를 반복하고 변형한 것과 필로티 구조를 여러 매스에 결합시켰다. 또한 필로미 빌딩의 공간 구성은 매우 기능적인데, 1층은 필로티 구조(공유 공간), 2~4층은 상업 공간, 5~7층은 주거 공간으로 나뉜다. 이러한 기능적 분포를 재조형화하여 각 기능이 층별로 분리되어 있기 보다는 각 매스에 다양한 기능들을 부여하여 여러 기능들이 유기적으로 작동할 수 있도록 했다.
This is a remodeling of Sosu Architecture’s Fillome bldg. The Fillome bldg is characterized by a harmonious combination of arch and piloti structures. Repeated and modified arch structures of various shapes and sizes and piloti structures were combined into several masses. In addition, the spatial composition of the Fillome bldg is very functional, with the first floor being divided into a piloti structure (shared space), the 2nd to 4th floors being divided into commercial spaces, and the 5th to 7th floors being divided into residential spaces. By remodeling this functional distribution, various functions were given to each mass rather than each function being separated by floor, allowing various functions to operate organically.
