Background
도시는 계속 변하고 있습니다. 우리는 도시 변화의 흐름에서 과거의 흔적을 읽어야합니다. 문래의 커뮤니티에 있어서의 목표는 고유한 특성을 보존함과 동시에 새로운 도시에 적응하는 것입니다. 따라서 기존 건물을 개조하여 새로운 문화, 예술, 놀이 및 의사 소통을 만들고자 했습니다. 새로운 층은 단절된 기존 건물들을 변화시킵니다.
The city changes continuously. We have to read a trail of the past in the flow of city changes. It is a task of the Mullae community to preserve identification and adapt to a new city at the same time. Therefore, I want to make a new complex of culture, art , play, and communication by renovating an old existing buildings. The new layer changes an a disconnection of existing buildings.
Site

The site has changed constantly with time. The mullae has risen and declined. The above diagram shows the site’s full range, road, site coverage, figure and ground, and elevation changed over time.

모든 공간은 동선과 계단 그리고 브릿지를 통해 연결됩니다. 이러한 동선구성은 공간과 사람들, 주민과 방문객을 위한 프로그램을 자연스럽게 연결합니다.
All spaces are connected with circulation, stairs and, bridges. This circulation makes connections and communication between space and people naturally. And also the circulation connects programs for residents and visitors.
