일월저수지의 주택 부지 중에서 남쪽에는 수변 공원이 있고, 동쪽으로는 일월저수지의 뷰가 펼쳐지는 부지를 선정하였다. 자연의 뷰를 외부공간과 큰 창, 그리고 매스 배치를 통해서 실내로 외부의 좋은 뷰를 건축으로 끌어들이고자 했다.
유명 브랜드의 디자이너라는 클라이언트의 직업적 특징과 사이트 특성을 고려하여 프라이버시를 보장하기 위한 설계를 진행했다. 또한, 축을 설정하고 축에 의한 공간 배치를 통해서 공간과 공간 사이의 이동에 있어서 효율적으로 이동할 수 있게 설계했다.
Among the housing sites of Ilwol Reservoir, a site with a view of a waterfront park in the south and a view of Ilwol Reservoir in the east was selected. Through the exterior space, large windows, and mass arrangement, it was intended to attract a good view from the outside into the building.
It was designed to ensure privacy in consideration of the client’s professional characteristics and site characteristics as a designer of a famous brand. Also, it is designed to be able to move efficiently in the movement between space and space through setting the axis and spatial arrangement by the axis.
Design
동쪽의 산책로와는 레벨차를 두었고, 서쪽은 매스를 잘라냄으로써 만들어지는 ㄷ자 형태의 공간에 큰 창을 두고 서쪽의 도로와 직접적으로 접촉하는 입면은 필수적인 창만을 뚫으며 프라이버시를 보장했다.
