테헤란로는 과거 1990년대에 ICT 산업집적지로 큰 성장을 이루었다. 이후 IMF를 포함한 여러 사회적, 경제적 변화로높은 공실률을 기록하는 등의 하락세를 보였지만, 위기를 이겨낸 현재의 테헤란로는 ICT 서비스업과 스타트업의 장소로거듭나며 다시 발전하는 중이다. 이러한 배경에서 테헤란로에 가장 필요한 것은 인적 자원이다. 많은 인적자원이 모이고, 서로의 지식과 기술을 공유하며 성장할 수 있는 장소, 즉, 많은 네트워킹이 일어날 수 있는 장소가 가장 필요하다고 생각했다.
Teheran-ro had achieved great growth as an ICT industrial cluster in the 1990s.
However, Teheran-ro showed a decline, with a high vacancy rate through various social and economic changes, including the IMF.
Nevertheless, it is achieving great growth again by being reborn as a place for the ICT service industry and startups. With this background, what Teheran needs most is human resources. I thought it was a place where many human resources could gather, share knowledge and skills with each other, and grow, that is, a place where many networking could occur.
Concept
첫번째 네트워크 형성: 오피스 & 문화시설
1st Network Formation: Between Office & Cultural Space
오피스 이용자들은 사용경험에 더 최적화된 환경에서 회사의 신제품, 신기술, 새로운 서비스를 미리 소개하고 전시할 수 있는 공간을 제공받는다. 기존에는 아이디어 제작과 제품 체험, 구매를 위한 공간이 분리됐지만 본 설계안에서는 전시장과 교육장 등의 문화시설이 오피스와 한 건물에 있기 때문에 통합된 시스템을 가진다.
Office workers get a space to introduce their company’s new products, new technologies, and new services in advance, in an environment more optimized for experience. Previously, the space for idea production, product experience, and purchase was separated, but it was united by cultural facilities such as exhibition hall and education center in this office.

2nd Network Formation: Between Teheran-ro & Office
자신의 실력과 능력을 드러내고 싶은 사람, 전문적인 기술교육과 다양한 문화체험을 원하는 사람, 서로의 매력을 찾아 경제적 성과를 이뤄내려는 사람들이 이 오피스에 모일 것이다.
Someone who wants to reveal their skills and abilities, person who wants professional technology education and various cultural experiences, and a person who seeks to achieve economic results by finding each other’s charm will gather to this office.
세번째 네트워크 형성: 현재 & 미래
Continuous Network Formation : Present & Future
오피스에서 일하는 사람과 전시를 보러 오거나 교육을 받으러 오는 사람들은 서로를 필요로 하는 관계이다. 또 이러한 교육 시스템으로 인해 현재 참가자(혹은 학생)는 미래의 주최자(혹은 강사)가 될 수 있다. 이 관계는 새로운 네트워크를 지속적으로 형성하게 된다.
Office workers and people who come to see exhibitions and receive education are in need of each other. In addition, due to this talent training system, current participants (or students) can become future organizers (or instructors). Continuously forming a new network.

사람들이 모일 수 있는 공간을 마련하고 시설을 갖출 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위해 인적자원에 더욱 집중할 필요가 있다. 이들을 위한 전문기술교육과 다양한 문화체험, 자신의 실력과 능력을 드러낼 기회가 주어진다면 많은 사람들이 모여 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

It is necessary to focus more on human resources to find a way to prepare a space for them to gather and to equip facilities. 분리 모듈로 사무공간과 휴식공간이 구분된다. 각 사무공간이 휴식을 위한 부속 라운지를 공유하며 더 많은 네트워킹이 발생한다.
