Agenda

1990년대부터 시작해서 2023년에 이르기까지 테헤란로가 속해 있는 서울은 급격한 성장을 해왔다. 빠른 성장에만 관심을 가진 것은 아닐까, 사람들이 자연에는 점점 무관심해지고 있다는 생각이 들었다. 더불어 이러한 급변하는 사회 속에서 사람들이 문화를 즐기는 방식에도 변화가 생겼는데, 이전에는 문화 복합시설에서 모든 문화체험을 할 수 있었다면 코로나를 겪으면서 오히려 다양한 곳에서 문화를 나누어 즐기는 방식으로 변해가고 있다. 나는 이런 상황 속에서 내가 계획하고자 하는 오피스 건물이 자연을 느낄 수 있는 하나의 거점으로써, 동시에 이러한 문화를 즐길 수 있는 문화공간으로서의 기능을 할 수 있으면 좋겠다고 생각한다.

From the 1990s to 2023, Seoul, where Teheran-ro belongs, has grown rapidly. I thought that people were becoming more and more indifferent to nature, perhaps they were only interested in rapid growth. In addition, in this rapidly changing society, there has been a change in the way people enjoy culture, and if they were able to experience all cultures at cultural complexes before, they are changing to share culture in various places through COVID-19. In this situation, I hope that the office building I want to plan can function as a base where I can feel nature and at the same time as a cultural space where I can enjoy this culture.

Concept

첫번째 계획 : 테헤란로와 녹지

The first plan : Teheran-Ro and Green areas

테헤란로를 들여다 본다면 주변에 녹지라는 공간이 있다고 하기에는 무리가 있다고 생각한다. 있다고 해도 선정릉이 대부분을 차지하지만, 이 또한 녹지로 볼 수 있는가에 대해서 고민해본다면 완벽히 녹지라고 생각하기는 어렵지 않을까 생각한다.

If you look at Teheran-ro, I think it is too much to say that there is a space called green space around it. Even if there is, Seonjeongneung Royal Tombs account for most of them, but if you think about whether this can also be seen as green, I think it would be difficult to think that it is completely green.

두번째 계획 : 녹지와 오피스

The second plan : Green areas and Offices

오피스라는 공간은 업무를 위한 공간이다. 일과 놀이가 섞여 좋은 시너지를 내면 가장 좋겠지만, 현실적으로 그것이 쉽지 않을 것이라 생각한다. 그렇기에 녹지와 오피스를 최대한 분리시키고자 하였다. 이에 따라 저층부는 문화 공간이 될 수 있도록 하고 중간층에 녹지를 추가 하여 상층부의 오피스 공간과 구분하였다.

The office space is a space for work. It would be best to create a good synergy between work and play, but I don’t think it will be easy in reality. Therefore, it was intended to separate the green area and the office as much as possible. Accordingly, the lower floor was allowed to become a cultural space, and a green space was added to the middle floor to distinguish it from the office space of the upper floor.
