테헤란로는 시대의 흐름에 따라 다양한 산업이 트렌드가 되었던 장소이다. 그렇기에 시대에 맞추어 업무 환경이 지속적으로 변화할 수 있는 유연한 오피스 빌딩이 필요하다고 생각했다. 따라서 자유로운 내부 공간의 분할과 결합을 통해 다양한 종류의 오피스들이 입주가 가능하게 만들고자 하였다. 또한 현재 시점에는 테헤란로의 흐름에 발맞춰 스타트업 관련 오피스들과 지원시설들을 입주시키는 것으로 구상하였다.
Teheran-ro is a place where various industries have become trendy according to the times. Therefore, I thought that flexible office buildings were needed where the working environment could continue to change with the times. It was intended to allow various types of offices to move in through the division and combination of free interior spaces. At this point, it is planned to move in startup-related offices and support facilities in line with the flow of Teheran-ro.
Concept
무주공간으로 자유로운 평면을 구성하기 위해 다이아그리드 구조를 채택했다. 3X3m의 공간으로 구획을 나누어 다양한 공간 구성이 가능하게 하였다. 다이아그리드 구조와 코어가 약 2m 이상 떨어져 있어야 한다는 것을 이용하여 동선을 구성하였다.
A diamond grid structure is adopted to constitute a free plane as space that has no column. Various space configurations are possible by dividing sections into 3X3m spaces. The circulation was constructed using the fact that the diamond grid structure and core should be at least 2m apart.
