강남 테헤란로의 교차로 중심, 그곳에 필요한 것은 사람들이 편히 들어갈 이유가 있는 건물과 사람간의 소통이다.
개발자들은 자리에서 망부석이 되어 작업만 하는 직업이라는 인식이 강하다. 그러나 설계를 할 때 학생들과 끊임없이 대화를 하려 하듯이, 개발자의 창작에도 소통을 더해주어서 RE FRESH 해주고자 하였다.
포스코 사거리 지하에는 보행자를 위한 지하도와 dust-free zone 이 형성되어있다. 주변 교통을 고려했을 때 길을 건너서 출근할 사람이 많을 것이기에 지하라는 요소를 오피스에 연결하여 더욱 편하면서 매력적인 진입로를 선택지로 준다.
At the center of the intersection of Teheran-ro in Gangnam, what is needed there is communication between buildings and people with reason to enter comfortably.
Developers have a strong perception that it is a job that only works by becoming a spectator. However, just as we constantly try to communicate with students when designing, we tried to do REFRESH by adding communication to the developer’s creation.
Underground of POSCO Intersection is an underground road for pedestrians and a dust-free zone. Considering the surrounding traffic, there will be many people crossing the road to work, so the element of underground is connected to the office, giving it a more comfortable and attractive access road as an option.
