래퍼 빈지노와 모델 겸 포토그래퍼로 활동 중인 스테파니 미초바 커플의 주택이다.
대지의 형태에 기인한 곡선의 사용이 특징적이다. 곡면을 따라 도입된 슬로프, 매스들을 이어주는 브릿지와 데크, 그리고 중앙에 위치한 작은 마당은 재미있는 경험들을 만들어내어 더욱 창의적인 작업을 가능케 할 것이다.
This is a house for Beenzino, a rapper, and Stefanie Michova, a model and photographer.
The use of curves according to the shape of the site is remarkable. A slope along the curve, bridges and decks between masses and a small garden in the center will help people perform creative works, giving interesting experiences.

빈지노는 음악 작업과 디자인 작업을 하며, 스테파니는 모델 겸 사진가로 활동 중이다. 이들은 현재 두 마리의 반려견과 함께 생활하고 있다.
Beenzino works on music & design, while Stefanie works as a model & photographer. They are currently living with two dogs.

Concept
BEEN.zip에는 ‘경사로’, ‘연결다리’, ‘정원’ 세가지 키워드의 조합을 통한 2가지 설계 포인트가 있다.

주택에 들어서는 사람을 반겨줄 수 있는 요소를 넣고자 했다. 북쪽에서 진입하면서 브릿지 아래를 통과하거나 슬로프를 따라 올라가는 색다른 경험이 가능하다.
1. Welcoming Expression
Curved slope & passage under the bridge forms welcoming expression for the visitors.
As visitors enter from the north, they can have a unique experience of passing under the bridge or going up the slope.
2. 수직적 소통
중앙 마당과 이를 바라보는 연결 다리는 위층과 아래층간의 자유로운 소통을 가능하게 한다.

Layout
주 생활공간에 외부인의 동선이 겹치지 않도록 하기 위해 게스트룸을 별동으로 분리시켰다.
방문객들이 가끔씩 이용하는 빈지노와 스테파니의 작업공간은 각각 1 층과 2 층 현관에서 곧바로 출입이 가능하도록 배치했다.
The guest room was separated into separate building to prevent the movement of visitors from overlapping in the main living space.
Beenzino and Stefanie’s work spaces, which visitors occasionally use, are arranged to be accessible directly from the front door on the first and second floors, respectively.
